Senior Director, Growth & Commerce Product Analytics (AI/Databricks)

Location: Hybrid at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, United States; office attendance is required a minimum of four days per week.

Salary: USD 230,000–280,000 per year, plus bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Build and lead the Growth & Commerce Product Analytics team across managers and individual contributors.
• Define the analytics strategy, operating model, and roadmap for NBC Global Streaming.
• Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, conversion, retention, upgrades, pricing, packaging, winback, offers, partnerships, account management, and monetization.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, and business teams to prioritize product bets and connect roadmap decisions to subscriber and revenue outcomes.
• Improve experimentation quality through stronger hypotheses, metrics, guardrails, sequencing, readouts, and application of learnings.
• Scale AI-enabled, Databricks-based, and self-service analytics workflows while communicating clear executive recommendations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of applied experience in product analytics, growth analytics, commerce analytics, data science, business analytics, or a related discipline in a high-scale digital product environment.
• 6+ years of people management experience, including leadership of managers and individual contributors.
• Experience with growth, commerce, subscription, lifecycle, retention, monetization, eCommerce, or customer journey product teams.
• Strong knowledge of subscriber growth, churn, ARPU, LTV, conversion, upgrades, pricing, packaging, winback, offers, funnel optimization, and customer behavior.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, large-scale datasets, Python or R, notebooks, Databricks, experimentation, A/B testing, statistical concepts, causal measurement, and metric design.
• BA/BS in a quantitative, technical, business, scientific, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in streaming, media, eCommerce, consumer technology, subscriptions, marketplaces, gaming, fintech, or other high-scale digital product environments.
• Familiarity with CUPED, regression adjustment, causal inference, heterogeneous treatment effects, quasi-experimental methods, or incrementality measurement.
• Experience with Databricks SQL, Databricks notebooks, Delta Lake, Databricks Genie, metric governance, self-service analytics, or experimentation enablement.
• Advanced degree.
