TL;DR
Product Specialist (Neurovascular) (Healthcare Sales): Supporting sales and market-share objectives for the Neurovascular product portfolio across a Central–Western Canadian territory with an accent on hospital account management, clinical customer support, and territory strategy. Focus on advising physicians in lab and operating-room environments, managing proposals and RFPs, building clinical stakeholder relationships, and delivering regional product launches.

Location: Central–Western Canada, with candidates residing in British Columbia or Alberta; territory includes Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia. Regular travel of at least 25%, including possible overnight and weekend travel, is required.

Salary: $85,700–$135,700 CAD base pay, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

  • Drive sales and market-share objectives across the assigned Central–Western territory.
  • Manage hospital accounts and serve as the primary contact for account-management needs.
  • Execute national, regional, and local sales and marketing strategies for Neurovascular products.
  • Provide clinical support to physicians and other customers on the safe and effective use of the Neurovascular portfolio, including in lab and operating-room environments.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders, decision-makers, and targeted customers.
  • Develop customer proposals, manage RFPs and RFQs, and support local launch strategies for new products.

Requirements

  • University degree required; business, engineering, or health sciences preferred.
  • At least two years of healthcare or medical-device sales experience, or at least three years of technical healthcare experience.
  • Ability to understand and discuss complex clinical trials and related data sets.
  • Strong written and oral communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to work in laboratory or operating-room environments and in a commission/bonus-driven setting.
  • Ability to travel at least 25% and maintain a safe driving record is required.
