Salary: $89,800–$114,100 per year

What you will do
- Lead or support the implementation of electrical components and electronic systems on generator platforms.
- Develop and execute test specifications and procedures for component and system validation.
- Design generator harnesses and wire-management systems that meet regulatory and internal engineering standards.
- Provide power-systems expertise to product development, manufacturing, sales, and applications engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot component and system failures, support supplier root-cause investigations, and recommend product improvements.
- Participate in design reviews, design FMEAs, technical documentation, CAD guidance, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- 5+ years of electrical engineering experience, including at least 1 year of related power-systems design experience.
- Experience developing and validating electrical systems for industrial generator platforms.
- Proficiency with Windchill, SAP, AutoCAD, SEE Electrical, and/or Creo is critical for long-term success.
- Knowledge of National Electrical Code standards is a plus; MATLAB, SAP, PTC Windchill, SEE, AutoCAD, or Creo experience is also valued.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring new or transfer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
