Construction Manager (Northern California)

Location: Rocklin, California; onsite field operations in Northern California

Salary: USD $208,000–$214,240 per year, plus potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Manage construction projects across civil, electrical, process instrumentation, and pipeline disciplines.
• Attend pre-construction site visits and support drawing updates, schedule revisions, and scope definition.
• Lead project kickoffs and weekly construction progress meetings, documenting field records and meeting notes.
• Monitor daily construction activities against safety, quality, cost, and schedule goals while managing planning workflows in Unifier.
• Review contractor RFPs, coordinate inspection resources, and oversee field inspectors and technicians.
• Conduct constructability reviews, cost development, resource loading, and validation of quality records, timesheets, and invoices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• At least 8 years of field project engineering experience on construction management projects.
• Industry experience in gas distribution, gas pipelines, water/wastewater, or petrochemical construction.
• Knowledge of industrial and piping materials, process piping, gas transmission and distribution systems, conveyance pipelines, and metallic and plastic welding processes.
• Ability to interpret and communicate civil, electrical, mechanical, process instrumentation, construction procedures, work methods, standards, policies, and guidelines.
