Salary: $108,160–$162,240 per year. Geographic-specific ranges include $118,960–$178,440 and $124,400–$186,600 USD.

What you will do

• Support budgeting, forecasting, profitability, pricing, and financial controls for Mason Street Advisors and its advised funds.
• Coordinate revenue and expense management with the Finance Department.
• Monitor vendor financials, contracts, and inter-company agreements with affiliates.
• Provide financial analysis for business plans and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare board materials and reports covering fees, expenses, profitability, and subadvisory oversight.
• Identify process improvements and use business automation and emerging technologies to enhance data collection and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of professional experience, including knowledge of financial concepts and strategic operational planning.
• At least 5 years of experience in investment management or financial services.
• Strategic thinking, sound judgment, strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to lead and influence colleagues outside a direct reporting relationship.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
