What you will do

• Deploy and maintain a suite of endpoint security products.
• Ensure a high level of systems security compliance.
• Maintain site location details to support accurate incident-management ticket routing.
• Perform incident triage and handling by assessing scope, urgency, and potential impact.
• Support vulnerability assessment tools across multiple vendors.
• Coordinate incident resolution with information security specialists and maintain security metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting workstation and server operating systems.
• At least 1 year of incident response and malware removal experience.
• 1–2 years of experience supporting endpoint security tools such as McAfee, Symantec, or Trend Micro.
• Basic knowledge of network and perimeter security methodologies and tools.
• Must work in Plano, Texas, United States.
