What you will do

• Manage construction operations and elevator installation projects to achieve timely, profitable completion.
• Supervise, train, and manage construction field employees, including performance management and hiring.
• Plan installation activities, crew requirements, manpower allocation, and project schedules.
• Administer safety programs, conduct audits, and perform regular crew and site visits.
• Manage subcontractor performance, materials, change orders, purchase orders, and project financial approvals.
• Build relationships with owners, contractors, consultants, architects, corporate departments, and union representatives while resolving operational issues.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of the construction industry and general management skills, supported by a bachelor's degree, two years of branch departmental management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to write reports, contract proposals, and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information effectively and respond to management and customer questions.
• Ability to analyze problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and manage multiple variables.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicles Report required.
