Business Operations Associate, Program Management (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid position for candidates within a commutable distance of the SoHo office in New York City; in-office three days per week, including Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 annual U.S. salary plus equity

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day operating processes, tooling, and reporting for the Program Management business line.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving Risk, Compliance, Bank Operations, Legal, Sales, Product, and external partners.
• Support new initiatives from concept through launch, including bank partnerships, product constructs, and managed-service offerings.
• Build the reporting and metrics needed to measure Program Management performance.
• Document ad hoc processes into repeatable workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for questions from other teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, banking, fintech, or business operations.
• Ability to own ambiguous, generalist, cross-functional work without an established playbook.
• Experience building processes from scratch and achieving results through stakeholder partnership.
• Strong analytical skills, including establishing metrics and reporting from nothing.
• Experience running cross-functional projects with internal teams and external parties.
• Visa sponsorship or assistance is not available.

Nice to have

• Background in payments or fintech operations, including sponsored bank programs, BaaS, or issuer processing.
• Experience or strong interest in using AI automation tooling to improve workflows.
