Originator Senior (Multifamily Lending)

Location: In-office role based in Boca Raton, Florida, United States

Base salary: $112,000–$249,600 per year

What you will do

• Originate multifamily investments and interim and permanent loans for conventional and affordable rental housing.
• Evaluate, structure, and negotiate investment and loan terms, including transactions involving low-income tax credits and government-sponsored entities.
• Identify target customers and develop marketing strategies for multifamily capital products.
• Solicit new relationships and manage existing relationships with property developers and owners.
• Monitor markets and competitors and engage with state allocating agencies and other relevant organizations.
• Maintain knowledge of agency and federal requirements, transaction structures, programs, and products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience; comparable education, certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of capital management, consumer lending, credit assessment, investments, loan agreements, and structuring.
• Competence in financial analysis, customer acquisition, sales, communication, decision-making, and critical thinking.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
• No required certifications, licenses, or language assessments.
