Real Estate Analyst (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: New York, NY — hybrid

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop AI-enabled workflows for property financial statement analysis and mortgage due diligence.
• Conduct annual debt service coverage reviews and CMBS reviews.
• Prepare recurring administrative and portfolio reports.
• Analyze real estate market conditions, industry trends, and economic factors affecting portfolio performance.
• Support commercial real estate loan underwriting, credit analysis, and portfolio monitoring.
• Perform property inspections and maintain accurate portfolio data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a comparable position.
• Advanced knowledge of AI technologies, including prompt engineering, agent-based automation, machine learning, data science, and analytics.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Word.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
