Business Analyst - RRE Servicing AI Team - Remote US (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Annual base salary: $52,000–$85,000.

What you will do

• Analyze current-state and future-state mortgage servicing workflows, identify inefficiencies and pain points, and recommend improvements.
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, business rules, decision flows, standard operating procedures, and requirements traceability documentation.
• Execute AI use cases involving service automation, predictive analytics, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Develop AI agents and prompts and integrate AI solutions with existing systems and operational processes.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, compliant, and aligned with ethical AI principles and industry regulations.
• Create test plans and participate in quality assurance, volume, and bias testing of AI agents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant industry experience, typically at an analyst level.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of backlog management, prioritization techniques, and Agile methodologies.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align AI and product decisions with organizational goals.
• Experience in mortgage servicing, preferably in due diligence, is preferred.
