What you will do

• Partner with Equities leadership to identify and assess strategic opportunities.
• Drive initiatives across the Equities business and client franchise.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans.
• Apply AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, and data visualization to improve decision-making and operating efficiency.
• Synthesize information, generate insights, and translate business problems into scalable solutions.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive projects while engaging with global stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in financial services, preferably in Equities Sales & Trading.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets and products.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop creative solutions, adapt to change, and work across cross-functional groups.
• Commercial focus, self-motivation, teamwork, and comfort working at the intersection of business strategy, data, and technology.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with generative AI and agentic workflow tools.
• Experience applying emerging technologies to client franchise analysis and business process redesign.
