Associate Manufacturing Supervisor-Second Shift (Manufacturing)

Pay range: $22.84–$34.28 per hour

What you will do

• Lead and develop employees while fostering accountability, empathy, inclusion, and professional collaboration.
• Set performance expectations, coach employees, provide feedback, and address personnel issues and conflicts.
• Coordinate upstream and downstream processes to maintain efficient product flow.
• Assess work-process training and improve operational performance and production excellence.
• Maintain work instructions and reports, and apply root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools to resolve quality issues.
• Reinforce manufacturing, operational, and workplace safety standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and upstream and downstream product flow.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, delegate work, remove obstacles, and collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills, with the ability to communicate respectfully with diverse audiences.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and departmental business systems such as Lotus Notes, Dynamics AX, and SQS.
• Satisfactory background check and negative drug test results are required.

Nice to have

• College degree, BS or BA.
• Supervisory experience or training in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and departmental business systems.
