Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the Hattiesburg, Mississippi facility; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $94,400–$119,950 per year

What you will do

• Own financial matters and P&L support for the Hattiesburg plant while advising plant and business segment leadership.
• Lead plant accounting and payroll activities, including supervision and development of supporting staff.
• Prepare plant budgets, forecasts, standard costs, capital plans, and strategic planning inputs.
• Monitor and report financial and operational performance, including variances, spending, production, shipments, inventories, and performance measures.
• Develop inventory control procedures and support physical inventory, cycle counting, scrap, rework, loss reporting, and material usage accounting.
• Provide financial training, recommendations, records, and reporting to plant, divisional, corporate, tax, legal, HR, and government stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Five years of accounting experience, preferably supporting manufacturing operations.
• Experience with SAP financial reporting is desirable.
• US work authorization is required without current or future sponsorship.
