Senior Manager, Finance

Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States; onsite at the Marlborough manufacturing facility

Salary: $132,700–$203,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for variable cash compensation and, where applicable, equity.

What you will do

• Serve as a finance business partner to Operations leaders and manufacturing sites in Marlborough, Rancho, Estonia, and Bridgewater.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations.
• Partner with plant leadership to optimize costs, improve operational efficiency, and prioritize investments and CAPEX.
• Monitor plant performance metrics including utilization, scrap, overtime, yield, production variances, and overall plant performance.
• Ensure inventory and related cost of sales are accurately stated and use profit-bridge analysis to identify productivity drivers and leakage.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 2–3 finance professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• 7–10 years of accounting or finance experience in manufacturing companies.
• Experience leading and developing a high-performing finance team.
• Knowledge of ERP software and accounting or auditing principles; SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, ownership, autonomy, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with employees, management, external agencies, and global colleagues.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA/Chartered Accountant license.
• SAP experience.
