What you will do

• Shape and deliver the enterprise change agenda across a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives.
• Partner with the Enterprise PMO, Strategy, and leadership teams to assess change impacts and support portfolio prioritisation.
• Embed the Enterprise Change Framework across projects and programmes.
• Provide oversight, assurance, governance, and challenge across change activities.
• Influence senior stakeholders on operational readiness, behavioural change, adoption, and business benefits.
• Lead and develop a team of Change Managers and align resources with business priorities.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading organisational change across complex, multi-project and programme environments.
• Experience embedding change frameworks and driving adoption in large, matrixed organisations.
• Experience assessing organisational change capacity and managing cumulative portfolio change impacts.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including confidence challenging and guiding senior leaders.
• Experience leading change teams, delivering effective communications, and realising sustainable business benefits.
