Technical Programme Manager – Safety & Security

Location: Welwyn Garden City, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 60% of the week at office locations or local sites and the remainder remotely.

What you will do

• Own and deliver technology change programmes for stores through the full programme lifecycle.
• Define programme strategies, assess viability and value, and evaluate team and stakeholder readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across UX/UI, Product, Engineering, software development, and programme teams.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, communications, reporting, meetings, and programme presentations.
• Coordinate in-store installations and support the transition of solutions into sustainable business-as-usual operations.
• Represent store colleagues and end users while delivering safety and security improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering technology and/or infrastructure programmes across multiple teams and geographies.
• Strong project, stakeholder, and programme management skills.
• Experience building credible relationships with and influencing senior management and leadership teams.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional programme reporting and financial forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing, adaptability, and experience working with geographically diverse teams.
