Programme Management Office Lead (Finance)

Location: Hybrid, with 2 days per week in the Livingston office; right to work in the UK required

What you will do

• Lead the PMO capability supporting a large-scale, complex Finance transformation programme.
• Establish and maintain governance, programme controls, standards, tools and ways of working.
• Manage integrated planning, milestones, deliverables, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions and changes.
• Provide independent delivery assurance, identify emerging risks and drive recovery actions and escalations.
• Manage governance and executive reporting, ensuring decisions and actions are captured and followed through.
• Lead, coach and develop the PMO team while overseeing the wider hirify.global Finance portfolio.

Requirements

• Significant senior experience in PMO, Programme Management Office or Portfolio Management within a complex transformation environment.
• Experience leading PMO capability for large-scale transformation, ideally ERP or enterprise technology transformation.
• Strong experience in programme planning, controls, governance, risk, dependency, milestone and change management.
• Experience working across Business, Technology and third-party delivery organisations.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence challenging senior stakeholders and escalating delivery concerns.
• Proven people leadership experience across Agile, SAFe and traditional delivery environments; UK right to work required, with no visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
• MSP, PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or equivalent programme, project or Agile qualifications.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Finance, Procurement or large-scale enterprise transformation.
