Project Coordinator

Location: Hybrid in Swansea, UK

What you will do

• Support the scoping, design, development, and implementation of projects, programmes, products, and pilots.
• Coordinate the setup and operation of Cyber Academies, Foundations, CyberStart, and other relevant programmes.
• Manage programme documentation, information systems, version control, meeting materials, action logs, and regular updates.
• Track programme spending, delivery progress, risks, dependencies, lessons learned, and outcomes.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, partners, suppliers, communications, courses, licensing, webcasts, and programme collateral.
• Support industry engagement and manage external event staff when required.

Requirements

• Relevant experience supporting, coordinating, or delivering projects or programmes.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, project records, action logs, plans, and reports.
• Strong organisational, coordination, written communication, verbal communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Knowledge of project risks, issues, dependencies, expenditure tracking, data interpretation, and progress monitoring.
• Confidence using workplace productivity and collaboration tools, including documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and shared information systems.
• Relevant knowledge gained through education, vocational training, professional development, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience working across countries, regions, cultures, or time zones.
• Experience supporting education, training, skills development, events, programme launches, or pilots.
• Experience coordinating external partners, suppliers, contractors, event staff, or other third parties.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, or methodologies.
• Knowledge of or interest in cybersecurity and the cyber skills and education sector.
