Location: Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol, Virginia, United States; onsite work on the gaming floor with flexible shifts, weekends, holidays, and unusual hours.

Salary: $59,300–$77,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage slot operations and table games on an assigned shift.
• Supervise staff, allocate labor, open and close games, and adjust staffing to business conditions and special events.
• Build guest relationships, support player development, and promote loyalty and profitability.
• Enforce policies, procedures, gaming regulations, and internal security standards.
• Handle guest and team member concerns while maintaining service quality and financial responsibility.
• Inspect casino equipment and working areas, coordinate repairs, and prepare end-of-shift reports.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in slot operations and/or table games, including three years in a supervisory capacity.
• Prior gaming industry experience and knowledge of casino game rules, procedures, and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses and certifications required by federal, state, and Virginia Lottery regulations.
• Must be at least 21 years old and successfully pass a background check.
• Strong knowledge of game security, table games operations, player tracking and accounting systems, floor coverage, and margin control.
