Freedom Boat Club - Dock Experience Manager (Marine Operations)

Location: Naples, Florida, United States. Full-time, on-site role requiring availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with regular driving to dock locations and outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Salary: $41,600–$72,200 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead daily operations at the Naples Brookside location and support other locations within the district.
• Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate dock personnel while maintaining accountability for performance.
• Manage member concerns, complaints, fuel disputes, vessel damage reports, incident investigations, satisfaction, and retention.
• Maintain vessel readiness and brand standards through inspections, cleaning, maintenance schedules, Fleetio records, inventory management, and work orders.
• Track reservations, usage, timesheets, fuel logs, operating budgets, and location KPIs.
• Build positive relationships with marina managers and harbor masters while enforcing boating and workplace safety procedures.

Requirements

• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or vocational degree is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, people management, diplomacy, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, remain calm during high activity, and use Microsoft Office or related software.
• Ability to work outdoors, drive to dock locations, board and unboard boats, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of related operations experience.
• Boating safety ID card or vessel livery operator certification.
• Boating or marina experience, minor boat maintenance skills, and prior management experience.
