In-Process Inspector - 2nd Shift (PCB)

Location: Onsite in East Syracuse, New York; training on 1st shift is required.

Salary: $47,243–$74,675 annually. An annual or quarterly bonus and shift premium may apply depending on assignment and location.

What you will do

• Review and verify QC deliverables before presenting them to customer representatives.
• Collect and compile build, technical, inspection, and procurement data into source inspection packages.
• Perform inspections using mechanical and electrical measurement devices, including calipers, gauges, and CMM equipment.
• Coordinate with supplier quality, receiving, procurement, production, and quality control departments.
• Read PCB drawings, update measurements, and resolve complex assignments independently.
• Support accurate, timely responses to customer requirements and related quality activities.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ability to read and understand PCB drawings and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Experience using measurement tools such as calipers, gauges, or CMM equipment.
• Strong computer skills, technical aptitude, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written English is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage interruptions and multiple tasks.
