What you will do
- Build client relationships and provide personalized mortgage advice and product solutions.
- Meet clients according to their schedules and support their home ownership goals.
- Work with Banking Centre teams to deliver mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support.
- Understand the local market, develop sales plans, convert leads, and generate new client opportunities.
- Build referral networks with internal businesses, external realtors, and community partners.
Requirements
- Fluent French and English required to support business operations outside Quebec, Canada.
- Experience or knowledge in banking, mortgage lending, mortgage processes, and mortgage documentation.
- Strong client engagement, relationship-building, networking, business development, and customer service skills.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
- Ability to complete attribute-based assessments and skills tests, including French proficiency testing if requested.
