Mobile Mortgage Advisor – Bilingual (Mortgage Lending)

Location: LaSalle, Quebec, Canada; hybrid arrangement with remote work and occasional on-site attendance at LaSalle-7077, Boul, Newman. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and may need a valid work or study permit.

What you will do

• Provide clients with personalized mortgage advice, mortgage products, and comprehensive financial planning support.
• Meet clients at convenient locations and times while supporting their home ownership goals.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads into new clients, and deliver business results.
• Build relationships with Banking Centre teams, external realtors, and other internal and external partners.
• Grow a professional network and generate mortgage lending opportunities through community involvement.

Requirements

• Fluent French and English to support business operations outside Quebec, Canada.
• Banking and mortgage experience, including mortgage lending and mortgage documentation.
• Client engagement skills and a focus on customer experience.
• Relationship-building, networking, business development, and community connection skills.
• Ability to provide personalized mortgage advice and financial planning support.
• Client-first, goal-oriented, accountable, and relationship-focused approach.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
