Portfolio Partner – Field Reimbursement

Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States of America; additional posting location: Titusville, New Jersey, United States of America.

Salary: $102,000–$177,100 per year.

What you will do

• Manage the Learning Excellence portfolio strategy for Field Reimbursement content and programs across North American Innovative Medicines.
• Translate leadership needs, learner feedback, and business priorities into scalable learning strategies and program enhancements.
• Maintain content integrity, instructional quality, learner experience, compliance, and documentation standards in a regulated life sciences environment.
• Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, stakeholder misalignment, resource constraints, and implementation issues.
• Represent the portfolio team in governance meetings, stakeholder sessions, planning forums, and portfolio reviews, driving alignment without direct authority.
• Manage vendors, suppliers, budgets, utilization, launch readiness, large-scale deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in Learning & Development, people leadership, large-scale learning initiatives, pharmaceutical sales, or a related field.
• Experience with portfolio management, learning governance, measurement, planning, and coordination.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
• Ability to manage change, ambiguity, complex problems, and evolving business priorities.

Nice to have

• Adult Learning Theory and coaching experience.
• Facilitation, instructional development, and learning content design.
• Training needs analysis, training delivery methods, talent management, and reporting and analysis.
• Practical fluency with AI tools and digital enablement capabilities.
