What you will do

• Provide patient-centered nursing care for adolescent and adult patients undergoing gastrointestinal, respiratory, and minor surgical procedures.
• Care for patients in inpatient, outpatient, admission, recovery, and procedural areas.
• Support procedures requiring procedural sedation or anesthesia, including ERCP, bronchoscopy, and EBUS.
• Perform airway management, basic rhythm interpretation, specimen collection, and retrieval.
• Set up, maintain, troubleshoot, and reprocess endoscopy and minor surgical equipment.
• Work collaboratively with care teams and use data, informatics, and evidence-based practices to improve quality and safety.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active registered nurse license in New Hampshire or a compact state.
• Complete competency-based orientation milestones within 30, 90, 180 days, and one year.
• Achieve competency in Basic Life Support, procedural sedation and analgesia, airway management, endoscope reprocessing, and circulator or technical roles.
