Subcon Operation Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Krubong, Melaka, Malaysia; onsite

What you will do

• Manage a subcontractor operations team covering planning, processes, products, and quality.
• Lead product and package transfers from internal factories to subcontractors through characterization, qualification, and release.
• Manage new product introductions from product definition and development through release.
• Define forecasts and capacity requirements, coordinate wafer support, loading releases, and delivery commitments.
• Drive yield monitoring and improvement actions, analyze process and quality issues, and verify corrective actions.
• Establish subcontractor specifications, procedures, rating systems, and performance reviews while providing sustaining support for engineering activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on operations management experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with MOSFET power discrete and/or power management products is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and travel overseas when requested.
