Manufacturing Supervisor (Semiconductor)

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia; onsite, with no remote work available

What you will do

• Lead and develop production operators to achieve daily production goals.
• Plan and monitor manpower, production flow, and line capacity to maximize output.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, QA, and other functions to resolve production issues and support on-time delivery.
• Prioritize urgent production lots to meet customer shipment commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and management system requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production targets.

Nice to have

• Experience in production planning, line balancing, or manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or RBA requirements.
• Continuous improvement and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivation, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering results.
