CNC Operator (Advanced Composites)

Location: Burlington, Washington, United States; onsite

Salary: $23.96–$34.53 per hour

hirify.global manufactures advanced lightweight composite materials, including carbon fiber, resins, prepregs, honeycombs, and engineered composite structures for the aerospace industry.

What you will do

• Operate industrial equipment, primarily 5-axis milling machines.
• Operate band saws, industrial ovens, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Prepare and load tools and parts onto machines.
• Follow process and work instructions while inspecting products against quality requirements.
• Produce composite parts in a team environment, working independently with a high degree of detail and accuracy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proof of U.S. Person status is required before hire; eligible candidates must have qualifying U.S. citizenship, nationality, permanent residence, or protected immigration status.
• Stable work history and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work all shifts, including primarily second and third shifts, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, use manual dexterity, operate power tools and machinery, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• A post-offer drug test is required.

Nice to have

• Previous CNC or manufacturing experience.
• At least six months of hand and power tool experience.
