Electrical Instrument Technician

What you will do

• Repair, calibrate, tune, install, and maintain electrical instrumentation and control equipment.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance, equipment rebuilds, safety checks, and accurate maintenance documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation failures and support the resolution of process dhirify.globaliculties and design deficiencies.
• Provide mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment repairs and inspections as needed.
• Update equipment history files, wiring diagrams, control schematics, P&ID drawings, spare-parts logs, and calibration schedules.
• Enter, reference, and close maintenance work orders while communicating pending issues to management and the next shift.

Requirements

• Experience with electrical instrumentation, industrial control devices, calibration, installation, and repair.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures and perform preventive maintenance safely.
• Ability to provide mechanical maintenance assistance, including work with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
• Accurate technical documentation and maintenance record-keeping skills.
• Regular attendance and compliance with company safety, quality, environmental, food safety, and drug-free workplace policies.
