QA Engineer II - System Test

Annual base pay: $96,800–$145,200

What you will do

• Develop and execute system test plans for hirify.global hardware products and new product releases.
• Debug hardware using tests and test equipment while maintaining product quality standards.
• Perform system-level troubleshooting and analyze test data and reports.
• Write bugs, generate test requirements, and contribute to testing procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, technical leads, peers, and project teams to support the transition from NPI to manufacturing.
• Present findings internally and assist Senior and Principal Test Engineers.

Requirements

• Typically 1–3 years of experience in PCA or system-level manufacturing test; 2+ years of PCA/system manufacturing experience is also specified.
• Knowledge and experience with hardware test methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, networking, and server architecture skills.
• UNIX/Linux experience.
• BS/BA in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
