Test Engineer

Salary: $97,700–$144,400 per year

What you will do

• Evaluate new test technologies and methods for production testing.
• Define Design for Test specifications and coordinate test requirements with engineering staff during new product design.
• Design, develop, and maintain test strategies for new and existing products.
• Train production testing staff on the function, design, and maintenance of testing processes.
• Collect and analyze test data to improve test coverage and testing efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience designing and developing production tests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with applicable programming languages.
• Ability to work onsite in Pullman, Washington.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of experience in electronic design, manufacturing, and testing.
• Experience designing and constructing test fixtures.
• Experience writing test procedures and test documentation.
