Customer Service Representative (Electronics Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico at the hirify.global Guadalajara facility in Zapopan.

Manufactures discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components for automotive, industrial, computing, consumer, telecommunications, military, aerospace, and medical markets.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary communication link among customers, distributors, field sales representatives, and internal business units.
• Process customer orders, contract reviews, order changes, quotations, and Return Material Authorization requests in SAP and related systems.
• Monitor EDI workflows, resolve processing issues, and respond to customer inquiries using SAP and factory resources.
• Support logistics activities, shipment tracking, documentation, expedite requests, and delivery updates.
• Manage customer portals, including orders, changes, and cancellations.
• Collaborate with Finance and Credit teams to resolve invoice-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Experience in customer service, order management, inside sales support, or supply chain coordination.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, customer relationship, organization, attention-to-detail, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support a broad portfolio of electronic component products.
