What you will do

• Enter new product and service contract orders accurately while following established processes.
• Act as the primary contact for key accounts and manage complex contracts with variable billing or consolidation requirements.
• Provide timely price quotes and maintain accurate order records and tracking.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve questions about order status, invoicing, product availability, and quality issues.
• Collaborate with management and colleagues to resolve complex customer and order-related issues.
• Support the OEX customer strategy by delivering a positive ordering and invoicing experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, order management, or a related field.
• Strong data-entry skills with high attention to detail and quality.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, required.
• Effective time management, organization, prioritization, personal responsibility, and teamwork.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical skills and intermediate problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of service order policies and processes.
