What you will do

  • Validate next-generation BIG-IP appliances integrating Intel Xeon CPUs, AMD Versal FPGAs, Marvell Ethernet switches, and 400Gb optical interfaces.
  • Execute hardware validation plans, test and debug electronic systems, and support board bring-up for prototype platforms.
  • Validate PCIe Gen5/Gen6, DDR5, and 400Gb Ethernet high-speed interfaces.
  • Perform signal integrity, power integrity, and power margin analysis and contribute to compliance testing.
  • Automate laboratory test setups using Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW.
  • Prepare findings and collaborate with design, layout, compliance, manufacturing, product, architecture, vendors, and other engineering teams.

Requirements

  • BSEE or equivalent degree.
  • 2–3 years of experience in electrical validation or hardware testing.
  • Experience with oscilloscopes, VNAs, BERTs, and other laboratory equipment.
  • Knowledge of high-speed protocols, FPGA workflows, Ethernet switching, optical transceiver validation, and Intel Xeon platforms.
  • Experience with SI/PI simulation tools such as HyperLynx or Sigrity.
  • Knowledge of IEEE, PCI-SIG, and JEDEC regulatory and industry standards, plus the ability to communicate technical findings clearly.
