Manager Plant Human Resources

Location: New Castle, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at a manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Manage benefits administration and support safety program coordination.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations and company policies.
• Manage unemployment and appeal hearings and provide company representation.
• Conduct new-employee orientations and administer benefit enrollment information.
• Maintain hourly HR records, including employee, benefits, training, compensation, and address data.
• Build relationships across departments while supporting morale, teamwork, and a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; human resources or labor relations preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, human resources, and labor relations.
• Working knowledge of ADA, ADEA, FMLA, OSHA, workers’ compensation, wage and hour laws, hiring practices, and EEO compliance.
• Ability to understand contractual language and company policies.
