What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain core AI/ML lifecycle services and orchestration utilities.
• Develop infrastructure for training, validating, deploying, and efficiently serving machine learning models.
• Create reusable components, libraries, and automated machine learning pipelines.
• Design model monitoring, performance tracking, explainability, and interpretability systems.
• Implement MLOps practices, continuous integration and deployment, and version control for models and datasets.
• Collaborate with data engineers and provide technical guidance to data scientists while troubleshooting complex AI/ML systems.

Requirements

• Secret security clearance required.
• Junior level: 0–3 years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Journeyman level: 4–7 years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Senior level: 8+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Professional proficiency in English and current authorization to work full-time in the United States are required.
• Good communication skills, a self-starter mindset, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
