ERP Manufacturing Business Analyst II, Business Technology (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Menasha, Wisconsin, United States; approximately 10% travel required. Typical working hours are 7 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility outside these hours when business needs require.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, document, and communicate functional, non-functional, technical, and business requirements.
• Document current-state and future-state workflows and processes while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support multiple small-to-medium technical, systems, and business improvement initiatives across ERP and core manufacturing systems.
• Assist project managers with scope, status reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, costs, timelines, and resource planning.
• Troubleshoot business and systems issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend resolutions.
• Develop and execute test cases, support user acceptance testing, and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of related business analysis, technology, systems, or project experience.
• Experience supporting or implementing core manufacturing systems and gathering, analyzing, documenting, and communicating business requirements.
• Experience documenting business processes and supporting testing, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Menasha, Wisconsin, travel approximately 10%, and work the stated business hours.
