Production Planning Business Analyst - SAP PLM

What you will do

• Own end-to-end global Plan to Make business processes and drive continuous improvement across business units and regions.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional SAP projects, including blueprinting, business impact analysis, enhancement planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Manage SAP project team leads and business process owner resources while coaching and developing a high-performance team.
• Partner with IT leadership, technical teams, business leaders, COEs, super users, and the PMO to define requirements, priorities, timelines, and solutions.
• Manage incidents, enhancements, system documentation, security and role-mapping changes, and process and data standards.
• Oversee the lifecycle and development strategy of assigned portal and app systems, including legacy applications, upgrades, user acceptance testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or 8 years of professional work experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 6 years of SAP system experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading global projects and programs that improve business process performance.
• Strong knowledge of SAP end-to-end processes and related data, including OTC, CRM, PTP, PTM, RTR, SLM, and master data.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional processes spanning finance, supply chain, quality, and customer service.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, leadership, and people-management skills, with the ability to work across global geographies and functional areas.
