Program Manager, Early Careers (Fintech)

Location: US - Austin, TX; hybrid office-based position with travel to educational institutions and programs

Salary: $116,300–$186,000 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Design, launch, evaluate, and expand global early-career learning and development programs, including fintech, cybersecurity, and technology pathways.
• Build sustainable talent pipelines through partnerships with universities, colleges, recruiting teams, and global stakeholders.
• Manage program coordinators, vendors, and contractors while driving timelines, deliverables, communications, and cross-functional execution.
• Analyze participation, learner progress, program outcomes, and ROI through dashboards, reports, surveys, assessments, and focus groups.
• Support early-career participants, improve learner experiences, streamline operations, automate manual processes, and enhance learning technology utilization.
• Organize virtual and in-person learning events, orientations, workshops, and networking opportunities; travel as required for programs and events.

Requirements

• 6+ years of program management experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• Experience designing learning and development programs for early-career audiences and executing multiple programs.
• Experience leading teams in remote or hybrid environments and building relationships with partners at all levels.
• Strong reporting, metrics, data interpretation, communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel; ability to handle confidential information.

Nice to have

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms, preferably Workday.
• Experience creating recruitment campaigns and designing learning program curricula.
• Experience leading global teams and working with project management tools.
• Strong data-analysis and agile process improvement skills.
