What you will do

• Oversee daily facility operations and ensure production goals are achieved efficiently and effectively.
• Participate in annual operating plans, translate long-term strategy into site goals, and manage operational budgets and metrics.
• Manage multiple teams and shifts while coordinating resources across departments to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies and maintain a safe, healthy work environment.
• Coach leaders and team members, develop organizational capability, and support workforce planning and talent development.
• Lead continuous improvement, operational change, and execution of growth priorities across the manufacturing site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of multifunctional operations experience, including management and employee development.
• Experience leading manufacturing operations or managing a plant in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge and practical execution of Environmental Health and Safety standards and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience developing and executing business plans, managing annual operating budgets, and driving operational metrics.
• Excellent communication, cross-functional influence, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
