Die-cutter Operator 3rd Shift (Packaging Manufacturing)

Location: Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA; on-site, 3rd shift Friday–Sunday, 6:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.

What you will do

• Set up and operate finishing die-cutting equipment.
• Perform rewind and inspection work on products coming off presses.
• Inspect finished products against supplied specifications and quality criteria.
• Package finished products according to packaging standards.
• Assist with finishing-equipment setup and monitor the daily shipping list.
• Communicate production progress and problems to the Production Manager while following safety procedures.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
• Experience in or comfort with a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with or willingness to operate small machinery.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and accurately.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
