Associate Area Manager (Cardiovascular)

What you will do

• Provide clinical case support during implant procedures, including on-call support and post-implant patient management.
• Drive adoption and utilisation of cardiovascular therapies through clinical education, algorithm implementation, best-practice sharing, and customer training.
• Build partnerships with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, intensivists, heart failure specialists, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Develop clinical and health-economic value propositions to address barriers to therapy adoption.
• Plan and deliver clinical education initiatives, workshops, symposiums, training programmes, and customer engagement activities.
• Launch new customer sites and achieve commercial and patient-outcome objectives through account expansion and increased therapy utilisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, life sciences, biomedical engineering, healthcare, or a related clinical discipline.
• At least 5 years of hospital experience, preferably in ICU, Cath Lab, operating theatre, perfusion, or critical care.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting cardiovascular or interventional cardiology medical devices in clinical, educational, or commercial roles.
• Strong knowledge of haemodynamic support therapies, cardiovascular procedures, and acute-care patient management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
• Willingness to travel extensively and provide on-call clinical support when required.

• Mandarin language capability.
• Experience in account management, sales training, solutions selling, market research, or healthcare trends.
