AMI Electrical Assembler - Mon-Friday 6:30am-3pm (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Assemble complex electrical and mechanical components using drawings, schematics, bills of materials, and work instructions.
• Perform drilling, crimping, screwing, deburring, tapping, brazing, and soldering.
• Test assembled units for functionality, quality, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical assemblies, including wiring issues.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams on new component testing and product development.
• Maintain work instructions, product documentation, safety procedures, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in complex electro-mechanical assembly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency in soldering, brazing, drilling, and crimping; familiarity with assembly tools and measuring equipment.
• Experience with MRP systems, BOM structures, Microsoft Word and Excel, and electronic document management systems.
• Fluent English for reading, writing, and speaking; current U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship required.
