AMI- Mechanical Assembler (Mon-Fri 6:30am-3pm)

What you will do

• Translate technical drawings, exploded views, mechanical diagrams, bills of materials, and assembly instructions into completed equipment.
• Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, and torque wrenches to assemble housings, mounts, regulators, feed systems, and precision components.
• Fit and align components to meet tight tolerances, clean finishes, and reliability standards.
• Identify misalignments and mechanical faults during assembly and coordinate resolutions with engineering and quality control.
• Perform mechanical functionality checks, airflow tests, and component diagnostics before final testing or shipping.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical assembly, preferably with heavy-duty equipment, industrial tools, or welding systems.
• Solid understanding of pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, bills of materials, and assembly instructions.
• Ability to work with metal parts and sharp edges in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lb throughout the workday.

Nice to have

• Hydraulic systems experience.
