Location: Onsite in Denver, CO; position located at 10720 Bradford Rd., Littleton, CO. US Citizens and US Permanent Residents may be required for access to ITAR products and related technical data.
Salary: $37,938–$59,967 per year, with a possible shift premium and annual or quarterly bonus depending on assignment.

What you will do
- Assemble electronic components, PC boards, and repetitive subassemblies using hand tools, fixtures, and soldering equipment.
- Perform hand-soldering, component preparation, adhesive application, and mechanical assembly, including work under a stereo microscope.
- Use voltmeters, scales, bench tools, automated and manual soldering equipment, and specialized fixtures.
- Read and follow detailed work instructions, assembly drawings, IPC requirements, and J-standards.
- Inspect products throughout production and verify compliance with quality standards.
- Create non-conforming material reviews and perform root cause analysis when required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic mechanical skills and good soldering skills, including the ability to work with fine-pitch components.
- Proficiency with hand tools and the ability to perform routine mechanical assembly operations.
- Ability to operate automatic soldering equipment and interpret manufacturing documentation.
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to comply with US export-control requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US Citizens and US Permanent Residents.
Nice to have
- 1–5 years of soldering or complex assembly experience.
