Intern/Co-op - Refining Construction Management (Summer 2027)

Location: Findlay, Ohio, or one of the listed U.S. project locations

Salary: $28.62–$36.22 per hour

What you will do

• Support construction management and project controls activities on specialized industrial construction projects.
• Plan and schedule materials, labor, and equipment.
• Track and analyze project costs against control budgets.
• Monitor and report contractor productivity, progress, and performance.
• Assist with bids, contract awards, contract administration, and document control.
• Prepare schedule updates, critical path analyses, audit trails, and risk mitigation documentation.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a degree-seeking program throughout the internship or co-op.
• Construction Management, Construction Science, Construction Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related major.
• Strong academic performance and availability to work 40 hours per week.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorization to work in the United States full-time and indefinitely without current or future employment visa sponsorship.
• Availability for multiple work terms is preferred.
