Project Architect (Sustainable Architecture)

Location: Dallas, TX; hybrid

Base salary: $98,000–$150,000 annually, plus potential annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and execute project documentation and contract administration across all project phases.
• Direct technical delivery from concept design through construction with multidisciplinary designers and engineers.
• Collaborate with Project Designers and Project Managers to translate design visions into precise project documentation.
• Oversee schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Conduct quality-control reviews and research products, materials, and construction methods.
• Lead construction administration, resolve design intent on-site, manage stakeholder relationships, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience across all phases of architectural projects.
• Active architecture license in Texas required.
• Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design tools.
• Deep understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and architectural detailing.
• Employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
