Regional Artist (Cosmetics)

Location: North East/Scotland, United Kingdom; the role involves travel across Greater London and regular weekend work in beauty retail stores.

What you will do

• Travel across beauty retail stores to support selling, makeup services, and events.
• Represent the brand in stores while following Hourglass guidelines, image, and DNA.
• Build a client-based business across multiple stores.
• Develop relationships with store staff and management to strengthen retailer partnerships.
• Meet and exceed daily sales goals while providing exceptional internal and external client experiences.
• Follow retailer procedures, store guidelines, and brand confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

• Prior makeup artistry or skincare experience.
• Exceptional makeup artistry skills and a proven ability to connect artistry with selling.
• Proven success in achieving sales goals and prior sales experience.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and travel between retail locations.
