Salary: $187,410–$210,000 per year, with potential additional compensation and benefits.

What you will do
- Build, mature, and govern the end-to-end Product Operations operating model across product teams.
- Establish product launch, go-to-market readiness, and closed-loop customer and field feedback processes.
- Oversee product knowledge, technical documentation, release communications, and operational training.
- Maintain visibility into product roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and delivery status across the portfolio.
- Optimize the product technology stack and implement AI-driven automation to reduce manual work and operational friction.
- Lead, coach, and develop four Product Program Managers and the Product Knowledge team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or Product Management in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- 4+ years of direct people-management experience, including scaling program management, technical communications, or documentation teams.
- Experience building or maturing Product Operations from an early- or mid-stage organization to an enterprise-scale model.
- Experience evaluating and integrating AI technologies into operational workflows.
- Experience with product knowledge bases, technical documentation, technical writing, release communications, and product analytics.
- Hands-on experience with tools including Notion, Pendo, Claude Cowork, Jira, Confluence, Gong, and related AI platforms.
