Aircraft Production Supervisor (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Plan and direct depot-level T-38 aircraft maintenance, modification, repair, and production from induction through delivery.
• Develop integrated production schedules aligned with contract requirements, material availability, workforce capacity, and throughput targets.
• Monitor work-in-process, milestones, forecasts, risks, and recovery actions to support on-time aircraft delivery.
• Lead production meetings and coordinate maintenance, engineering, quality, supply chain, program, government, and customer stakeholders.
• Manage staffing, labor allocation, workload balancing, workforce qualifications, certifications, and training compliance.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration control, safety compliance, audits, inspections, and corrective actions for production delays or escapes.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of T-38 experience preferred and at least 10 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with more than 8 years of related experience, or associate’s degree with more than 15 years of related experience.
• Experience with T-38 aircraft, depot-level structural modification or heavy maintenance programs, and program startup or site stand-up.
• Experience in AS9110/AS9100 production environments and with DCMA or government programs.
• A&P license or equivalent military aircraft maintenance certifications, plus extensive knowledge of military and general aviation maintenance principles.
• Must pass a drug screening and be able to obtain a government security clearance.
